6 PLACES & SPACES In April, we welcomed over 100 members of the Lehigh community to an Open House to celebrate the newly renovated study space in the EWFM Computing Center, located just west of the Fairchild-Martindale Library, open 24/7 during regular semesters. Over winter break, we refreshed the lower level (known fondly as "The Pit"), which features over 2,500 square feet of space for collaborative work, new flexible soft seating, built-in mobile chargers, plenty of portable whiteboards, computers, and wall-mounted laptop-ready displays. Jesse Pearson, Director of LTS Administration and Planning, who organized the project, said "We're thrilled to provide this renovated space, with flexible work areas to accommodate our students' different study styles."
