Christina is planning to attend the 30th Reunion and says, “Living so close, I hardly have an excuse not to go!” Andrea (Breyley) Cavanaugh shared that she and her husband, John Cavanaugh ’94, celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary last year and were married on campus at Packer Chapel in June 1996. They currently live in Hillsborough, N.J. Andrea and John are now “semi-empty nesters.” Their son Sean (20) is currently a junior at Rider University, and their son Peter (18) is a freshman at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Andrea writes, “It is nice to be yelling ‘Go Engineers!’ again as RPI never decided to re-brand its identity as a bird.” Andrea caught up with Sara Dill Lisauskas at the start of the pandemic and exchanged frustrations with K-12 online learning. Sara currently resides north of Boston with her husband, Kris, and their three boys. Mike Zimmerman left GoDaddy inMay of 2015 as the CFO and EVP of fnance and is now at a start-up, ChargeNet Stations, which installs and operates solar-powered, battery storage, electric vehicle charging stations at fast-food restaurants. Mike and his wife, Ali, recently celebrated 21 years of marriage. They have twin daughters, Rachel and Stella. Rachel will be a freshman at Wesleyan University, and Stella will attend Syracuse University. He lives in Scottsdale, Ariz., and spends time in San Diego in the summer. Here’s to the educators! Bethany (Raiser) Turro worked at Vanguard in its retirement department and, while working there, she earned a teaching certifcate in mathematics and a master’s in secondary education fromCabrini College. She moved to North Jersey in 1999 for a teaching position in middle school, and she’s still there. She’s married with two children. Leigh Kuenne-Rusnak has worked in the BethlehemArea School District for 24 years as a teacher, principal and now as director of special education. She recently rejoined Lehigh to pursue a doctoral degree and lives in Forks Township with her husband and two dogs, Loki and Google. Finally, did you notice a familiar name in Lehigh’s 2021 Annual Report? Thank you to Evelina (Moreyra) Taber for your contribution to the new Lehigh business building! It’s so exciting to read about all the amazing things happening at Lehigh. I hope you are making plans to see it for yourself at our upcoming 30th Reunion. She, and many of my friends, wanted a party. Not me. I wanted to play golf at my favorite golf course, Pasatiempo in Santa Cruz, Calif., with my son; be a tourist in the second greatest city in the country, San Francisco; and go on the new Star Wars ride in Disneyland. That’s 50. And I wouldn’t have had it any other way. I hope you all had a memorable 50th as well! Annie Cassell Weibel lives in Darien, Conn. Her son, Cameron, is starting at Lehigh in the fall, and her older son, Sydney, plays football for Lafayette. (Who says you can’t have a favorite between your kids?) Greg Decker lives in Robbinsville, N.J., with his wife, Amy (Meraglia) Decker ’97. They have four kids: Jacob, Ryan, Colton and Bryce. Greg is a procurement director for Hapag-Lloyd and still stays in regular touch with his brothers fromDelta Tau Delta. John Morgenstern lives in Wilmington, Del., with his wife, Alison, and their two children, Brian and Anna. John is the managing partner of the law ofces of O’HaganMeyer, Philadelphia and Princeton, N.J. He wrote a book for lawyers on how to use military and intelligence interrogation tactics in civilian law practice, based on his work on the investigations at the Abu Ghraib prison in 2003, for which he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal. Scott Semptimphelter is still working in IT sales with deepwatch (cyber security) and still runs a quarterback training business (Elite Football Skills) that focuses on developing quarterbacks to play in middle school, high school and college. It must be successful, as his son, Nick, is entering his junior year as a QB at Bucknell. He also has a daughter, Graci, and a son Cross. The family lives in Franklin, Tenn. Alexis (Corr) Davis and her husband, Evan, live in Towson, Md., with their four kids. Alexis owns an electro-plating and metal-fnishing business near Philadelphia. She is still in touch with fellow classmates Leigh (Newman) Todd, Theresa (Doyle) Yerger, Colleen Makosky Broome, Jenn Lang Chalfant, Jennifer Long and Meghan Hefner Bonos. Leigh is a senior portfolio manager at Voya. She lives in Scituate, Mass., with her husband and two boys. Theresa lives in Havertown, Pa., with her husband, Kurt, and three kids where she is a college counselor at Merion Mercy Academy. Colleen lives with her husband, John Broome ’93, inMedia, Pa., with their three kids. She is a clinical specialist at Pfzer. Jennifer Lang Chalfant lives in Bethesda, Md., with her husband, Matt, and three boys. I just recently sat in on a Zoom call for all the track and feld alumni during our Lehigh MarchMadness fundraiser.
