We encourage personal and professional development, provide funding for ongoing education, and celebrate publications, presentations, and attainment of new skills, certifications, and degrees. Our hope is that our ever-more talented staff will stay and grow with us here in LTS and we continuously do all we can to provide new opportunities for career advancement within our organization. However, sometimes life leads our staff in new directions: families relocate, career plans change, irresistible opportunities arise elsewhere. In LTS, we are proud that we prepared people with new skills, work experiences, and leadership training so that when opportunity knocks, they are ready to answer. Then, at send-off celebrations, we gratefully name all they have done for Lehigh, thank them for their years of expertise and friendship, and sincerely wish them success in their endeavors.
