These courses are followed by courses taught from the stakeholder perspective.. Societal Shifts I & II The Societal Shifts courses are interwoven throughout the program and are designed to enable you to grapple with macro-level issues such as climate change, technological innovation and big data and other challenges that affect businesses on a global scale. This course culminates with an integrated experiential learning trip to Silicon Valley & San Francisco, where students engage directly with companies at the forefront of these societal shifts. Consulting Practicum I & II The Consulting Practicum will introduce you to advanced consulting skills and provide knowledge, training, and development through integrated activities and experiences. Our EXTERNSHIPseries company projects transition you to substantive, practical experiences wrestling with real company projects – enabling you to gain the hands-on experience employers are seeking in the graduating MBA students they recruit. Throughout the 1-year program, the Consulting Practicum’s EXTERNSHIPseries projects are designed to fully immerse you with hands-on experiential learning. Optional Internship Trailer For students who are interested in exploring internship opportunities, the Lehigh 1-MBA offers an optional internship trailer where students can defer their graduation from May to August and complete an internship at no additional tuition cost. This option exists for both non-concentrating and concentrating students. This is ideal for international students seeking to gain some work experience while completing their MBA or for students with less work experience who could benefit from the additional employment experience. Concentration Areas Business Analytics (STEM Designated) Students that elect the Business Analytics concentration will have an anticipated graduation date of August. Total credits for this program are 53. F-1 students may be eligible for a 24-month STEM extension to their 12-month Optional Practical Training (OPT) period.
