Lorentzen ’15, New York, N.Y., Dec. 24, 2022. Mr. Lorentzen was a Sigma Chi brother and a member of the swim team. He worked as senior manager of customer experience at Brooklinen. A veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II, Mr. Hessinger taught at all levels from elementary to college and served in administration. William E. Mr. Abramowicz was a long-term Berks County teacher and school administrator, retiring as the assistant superintendent for the Muhlenberg School District Marie (Diorio) DePaolo M.Ed. ’60, Bangor, Pa., Jan. 25, 2023. Ms. DePaolo worked as an elementary school and music teacher with the Bangor Area School District for over 30 years and directed numerous music concerts throughout her career. William R. Mr. Hartzel taught in the Bethlehem Area School District and retired as a professor at Bloomsburg University. Frank S. Kalisik M.S. ’63, Darien, Ill., March 22, 2023. A veteran of the U.S. Army, Mr. Kalisik worked for Continental Can Company, helping to develop the flip-top beer can. He retired as vice president of the company. Donald S. Luria M.S. ’63, Tucson, Ariz., Dec. 25, 2022. Mr. Luria’s varied career spanned government roles to arts advisory councils to cooking school operation and restaurant ownership. Richard S. Stine M.Ed. ’63, Nazareth, Pa., Feb. 20, 2023. Mr. Stine was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He taught American history and English in the Bethlehem Area School District and served as a Upper Nazareth Township supervisor. James R. Craig M.S. ’64 Ph.D. ’65, Blacksburg, Va., Dec. 23, 2022. Dr. Craig’s career as a university professor and research scientist spanned 35 years.
