N O T E S ical Center. She completed her residency in 2012, and she and Dan then moved back to Philadelphia, with Jessie starting her medical career as an internist in a practice in Abington. They lived in Center City for several years, welcoming their son, Asher, in 2014 and then moved to the suburbs in 2016 shortly before they had their daughter, Avery. “After practicing primary care medicine in the traditional sense for nearly 10 years, Jessie is now shifting gears a bit. During her years of practice, she has realized her passion for preventive care, which even led to her becoming personal trainer certifed in 2019, and has seen repeatedly just how connected the mind and body truly are. To this end, Jessie is opening a comprehensive, integrated primary care practice, CLIMB Health, this summer, which provides primary care along with mental health services, nutrition services and ftness, fully integrated into the membership. Jessie hopes to treat people more holistically and support them on this journey of life.” Congrats, Jessie! We’re proud of you! ’06Katie (Murray) Pennline, kpennline@ gmail.com Hello, ’06! Everyone must be busy traveling and making up for lost time because I’ve not received updates from any of you this time around. As such, you get an update fromme! My husband and I welcomed identical twin boys to our family in January 2022! It was quite a journey leading up to their safe arrival. We were informed in October 2021 (at 22 weeks) by our doctor here in Grand Cayman that the babies were at risk of being born any day and would need top-level NICU care of-island if this were to happen. We left the appointment, drove home, frantically threw things in a few suitcases and hopped on a plane to Pittsburgh 24 hours later. There we waited anxiously in a rental condo near the hospital and ticked of each passing day as a small success. After almost four months of quasi-bedrest and anxiety, I ended up needing to be induced at 38 weeks, and Luca and James were delivered perfectly healthy on Jan. 23! Their big sister Emi is loving her new role, and we could not be more thankful for these amazing little guys who are 10 weeks old as I write these notes. Please email me any updates you might like to share—be it family, career, moves, vacations or anything else you’ve been up to lately! And if you have any tips on raising twins, send those along as well, as I need all the advice I can get down here in the Pennline household! ’07Brian Roth, lehighclassof2007 @gmail.com After a two-year delay, Bryant Goehring and Heather Goehring celebrated their wedding on March 27. I was able to attend the festivities along with many other ’07 classmates in a beautiful ceremony on the water in Jupiter, Fla. Lauren Calabrese has been named head coach of the Lehigh women’s soccer team. She has been with the team for the past six years, most recently as assistant coach. “As an alumna of the program, it is an honor to serve in the position of head coach,” said Calabrese. “This is an incredibly exciting time to be part of Lehigh women’s soccer. I believe our current team and incoming group of players have the character, conviction and skill set to compete and experience success at a high level. We have a compelling blend of committed, driven and talented women who exhibit the will to learn, grow and lead.” ’08Olivier Lewis, olivier.lewis@alum. lehigh.edu ’09Bobby Buckheit, lehighclass2009@ gmail.com ’10Nick Anderson, Nick.Anderson@ alum.lehigh.edu At the time of this writing, registration has just opened for our 10th (umm… 12th?)
