109 ARIEL PAWLO graduated with highest honors from Lehigh University in 2020 with a B.S. in biology with minors in psychology and in health, medicine, and society. At Lehigh, she did interdisciplinary research on the neurogenetics of creativity and learning, volunteered at St. Luke’s Hospital, and guided first-year students as an orientation leader. She was the internal director of Hawkathon, an annual dance marathon that fundraises for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and president of the Gymnastics Club. Ariel is pursuing her M.D. at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University. CHRISTIANNA ANGELI S. PEPINGCO graduated with honors from Lehigh University in 2020 with a B.S. in bioengineering and a minor in health, medicine, and society. At Lehigh, Christianna served as a leader for Intervarsity Christian Fellowship, resident assistant for the Global Lehigh residential community, and music director for the a cappella group, the Echoes. During summers, she participated in the Iacocca International Internship in China to perform research in drug microencapsulation, worked as a research scholar at the Lehigh Valley Health Network, and interned at Merck & Co. Christianna currently is working at Sanofi Pasteur through their Industrials Associate Rotational Development Program. TINO PETROS graduated with highest honors from Lehigh University in 2020 with a B.S. in computer science and engineering and a minor in economics. At Lehigh, Tino served as a residential assistant, worked as a graphic designer, and cofounded the African Students Association, a social and cultural club that highlights his home continent on campus. In 2019, he interned as a software engineer with Palantir and used big data to help a large client in the transportation industry optimize its performance. Tino now works at Palantir in New York; he aspires to use technology to contribute to the continued development of the African continent. KARIM M. RAJMOHAMED graduated from Lehigh University in 2020 with a B.S. in mechanical engineering. During his time at Lehigh he served as a gryphon (resident assistant) and treasurer for Tau Beta Pi, the international engineering honors society. Karim participated in Lehigh’s co-op experiential learning program where he interned for Air Products and Chemicals. In his roles at this company, Karim learned about predictive maintenance and equipment monitoring disciplines. He will return to work for Air Products this upcoming year. HANNA SKINNER graduated with high honors from Lehigh University with a B.A. in political science and economics. Hanna was a calculus tutor for the Center of Academic Success, a cofounder of Diversity Peer Educators, a UN Youth Representative for Unitarian Universalists, and an orientation leader for first-year students. In 2017 and 2018, she worked as a summer membership intern at 1871, an entrepreneurship hub in Chicago, collaborating with entrepreneurs and start-ups at various growth stages. Hanna attended the Tuck Business Bridge program at Dartmouth College in 2018. In summer 2019, Hanna interned at RCP Advisors, a Chicago private equity fund, where she currently is working as an investment analyst. JORDAN WOLMAN will graduate from Lehigh University as an Eckardt Scholar in December 2020 with a degree in journalism (with honors) and with minors in psychology and political science. Jordan serves as the editor in chief of The Brown and White , Lehigh’s student newspaper. Jordan won first place in enterprise reporting from the New Jersey Press Association for writing on financial and staffing instability at a Jersey City agency while interning with The Jersey Journal . He also reported on the Pennsylvania statehouse in a rotating program of news organizations . Jordan spent one year on a sustainable development project designed to integrate screening devices for urinary tract infections into the health care system of Sierra Leone.
