Throughout the cycle menu, Lehigh Dining offers a variety of ethnic dishes, including a variety of Asian Stir-Fries, Tofu Fried Rice, Jackfruit Carnitas Tacos, Tuscan Mushroom Salad, Chicken Vindaloo with Naan Bread and much more! The trick is to learn how to "hack" the menu when it changes, so that you can still get a taste of home. Check out Veg Out for falafel, hummus & pita bread as available Go to the Pizza Bar (for a Middle-Eastern, "Manakeeshlike" meal) and flavor with Za'atar on your own. Build-your-own African, Timatim-like dish of tomato chunks flavored with Italian dressing from the Salad Bar and pair with flatbread/pita, hummus and/or Lentil stew as available.
