Attendees were given a complete picture of the opportunities available via faculty and grad student presentations, virtual lab tours, and opportunities to talk with both chemistry grad students and faculty lab supervisors. The response was very positive and led to many applications for admission to the program. We welcome the opportunity to discuss program options with any potential graduate students who might be interested in joining the Department of Chemistry. 2020 UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT AWARDS AMERICAN CHEMICAL SOCIETY AWARD ACS INORGANIC CHEMISTRY AWARD AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF CHEMIST'S AWARD BIOCHEMISTRY AWARD Presented to the outstanding senior majoring in Chemistry GIORGIO HIOTIS Granted to the outstanding senior majoring in Inorganic Chemistry MARINA TELES SUTIJA For an outstanding senior majoring in Chemistry or Biochemistry STEPHEN CRANE Granted to the highest-ranking junior or senior Biochemistry major LONGHUI GAO ACS ORGANIC CHEMISTRY AWARD (Physical Division) AMERICAN CHEMICAL SOCIETY AWARD ACS ORGANIC CHEMISTRY AWARD (Organic Division) Recognizes a senior student who displays a significant aptitude for Organic Chemistry and encourages further interest in the field GIORGIO HIOTIS ACS ORGANIC CHEMISTRY AWARD (Physical Division) GIORGIO HIOTIS GIORGIO HIOTIS THOMAS DRESSLER WILLIAM H.
