WHAT DO OUR GRADUATES SAY? After studying history and focusing on real estate in my undergrad, I went into the MS in Management M2 program with a quasi-open mind. For years I struggled in math, yet the M2 professors spent extra time working through concepts with me, and I developed a sincere interest in finance, accounting and economics, and even fared well in coding and data analytics. As a result of this shift, I am beginning my career in financial planning and analysis consulting. The M2 program allowed me, a student who had not performed high level math since high school, to break into a career that incorporates corporate finance, accounting, and data analytics HUNTER ASKENASE B.A. in History, Lehigh University CURRENT POSITION: Associate Consultant, Revelwood Management Consulting Analyst, Accenture During my undergraduate studies, I gained a solid understanding of the structures of federal, state, and local governments. In addition, I developed many useful soft skills, such as reading, writing, research, and critical thinking. However, my political science major was generally taught in broad terms. Fortunately, I acquired the necessary technical skills from the M2 program to perform certain functions in my current role as a Fiscal Policy Analyst. For example, I honed my data analytics, coding and case analysis skills. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who is seeking to build more practical professional skills and further their career development. JONATHAN SHEN B.A. in Political Science and a minor in History, Boston College CURRENT POSITION: Fiscal Policy Analyst, Commonwealth of Massachusetts Human Resources Coordinator, Brinker Capital Through the M2 program, I have discovered my calling for my career moving forward. As an undergraduate in Computer Engineering, I wasn't 100% sure if I wanted to pursue a purely technical role. After the M2 program, I know I want to combine both the technical and business sides of my education. I am starting a role in cyber-security consulting this summer and can't wait to show my acumen as a graduate from the M2 program.
