NEWS LEHIGH BUSINESS FALL 2023 7 CHRISTA NEU Looking Back Georgette Chapman Phillips Dean, College of Business This past summer, Georgette Chapman Phillips announced her retirement effective June 30, 2024, after serving 10 years as the Kevin L. and Lisa A. Clayton Dean of the College of Business. Phillips is a professor in both the Perella Department of Finance at Lehigh Business and in the Africana studies program in the College of Arts and Sciences. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School. Previously, Phillips was a vice dean of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
