This initiative enhances transparency and keeps the Lehigh community informed about essential technology services and any disruptions. ▶ LTS developed and released a custom “Ask LTS” AI Chatbot on the LTS website that is trained only on LTS data to quickly assist with library, computing, and instructional technology questions, improving support and user experience. ▶ Technology, Infrastructure and Operations con tinued to invest in and modernize our network infrastructure. This included core backbone network switch upgrades to support 100 Gbps, up from 40 Gbps, the replacement of 600 wireless access points throughout campus, including all outdoor access points and refreshed the network switches in the EWFM Library and Computing Center, Linderman Library, Grace Hall, Trembley, and Price Hall. ▶ Streamlined the computer purchasing process by consolidating orders through CDW-G. Users can now self-service their computer purchases via CDW-G within Lehigh’s Unimarket platform. ▶ Increased staff and student access to Adobe Creative Cloud through a new 3-year agreement. Access for students is free and LTS increased avail ability for staff at a discounted rate of $100 a year, less than one fourth the cost of an individual Adobe Creative Cloud account. ▶ Worked to develop the next phase of Banner modernization, negotiating a five-year contract that will have Lehigh moving to SaaS in years four and five. ▶ Negotiated a new Microsoft 365 agreement that will enable Lehigh to continue to offer Microsoft 365 to students, faculty, and staff. The new Microsoft contract will allow access to a wider range of tools offered by Microsoft. 493 STARS student computing help requests ▶ Conducted university-wide Business Impact Analysis to identify the operational and financial effects of disruptions to university services and to develop strategies for mitigating these impacts. Enterprise Systems ▶ Lehigh Administrative Data Lake powered by AWS Phase 2: Enterprise Systems added additional data sets for Office of Institutional Data’s analysis, as well as enhancing the infrastructure for scalability with these new data sets and enhanced plug-in capabilities with operational databases. ▶ Integrated Banner Document Management with Unimarket to manage invoice attachments within Banner. ▶ DegreeWorks was rolled out to incoming first-year students (class of 2027). ▶ Deployed Employee Self-Service Banner and Proxy for Faculty. ▶ Provided Evisions Argos training to functional tech nologists across administrative business units for operational and strategic reporting. - - Total hours of use: 63,098
