Library resources Distance Education The Office of Distance Education provided audio, video, and web conferencing support for high-pro file events across the university including President Helble’s Community Conversations, Data Day, Strategic Plan Implementation sessions, the Graduate Programs Summit, Population Health Colloquia, Rediscovering Miles Rock Friends of the Lehigh Libraries event, Remembering Jeanne: The Clery Act and Campus Safety, the Fazlur Khan Lecture Series, the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Town Hall, the University Baccalaureate Service, the 2024 Inclusive Excellence in Teaching and Learning Workshop, and numerous meetings, events, and workshops in support of academic and administrative offices. Enterprise Applications, Process Improvement Work and AI ▶ In alignment with the Organization of the Future Initiative, we migrated Jira Atlassian tools such as Jira Service Desk (Ticketing System) and Jira (Task Management) to Atlassian cloud which saw increased usage for project and task management across the university. ▶ Expanded and improved our implementation of the Atlassian suite of tools for faculty and staff as our preferred project management software to transform project and ticket management across the university. This powerful platform will streamline workflows, improve collaboration, and enhance overall efficiency, playing a crucial role in our strate gic planning. The suite includes the following tools: Jira, Jira Service Management, Trello, Confluence, and Status Page. ▶ Expanded access across campus to eduroam, a secure, worldwide wireless roaming access service for the international research and educa tion community.
