Welcome to Lehigh Business

The Business Analytics Sequence In their first year, students are engaged in hands-on programming, and they learn basic concepts of data, with a focus on how data is structured to optimize business decisions and processes. Students then take a more in-depth business analytics course in their junior year that engages them in hands-on data analysis, techniques, and algorithms for creating effective visualizations to support business decision making. Critical-Skill Course Sequences All students experience three critical-skill course sequences that will start in the first year and be addressed even more deeply in the junior year – just as students are plunging into the depths of their major coursework. Stronger emphasis on business analytics, business communication, and leadership and management across the curriculum will also increase students’ readiness for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. Our Core Curriculum Early exposure to business Learn the foundation and economic environment of business, and be introduced to critical-skill course sequences.
