Alumni Bulletin-Spring26

56 | LEHIGH ALUMNI BULLETIN | CLASS NOTES at Temple this fall. I stopped in my tracks midway through giving a tour because I recognized one of my former residents, Sam Smith ’18 M’19, from M&M back in the day! She has been working at Lafayette College (don’t hold it against her) for the last few years in their Office of Sustainability. I love an unexpected Lehigh run-in! Please reach out anytime with your personal/professional/ life updates (leahpaulson22@ gmail.com)! ’15 Kerry Mallett, kerryamallett@ gmail.com Rachel Mayer managed the kitchen design through her company, YuiDesign, for Provenance, a Philly restaurant that recently earned a Michelin star, one of the inaugural restaurants in Philly to earn such a designation. Alex Stephanou moved to Seattle in the new year for a new role at ServiceNow. And I am newly an officeholder in the Democratic Party, having been appointed as a committee person for my division in Philadelphia’s 8th Ward—and am very excited to serve my community and neighbors. Even though planning for our next class reunion (our 15th in 2030!) is quite a ways away, make sure to follow @lehigh15 reunion on Instagram if you aren’t already—I’ll be sharing class updates in the meantime. ’16 Brendan McCullagh, brendan.p.mc cullagh@gmail.com Hello, fellow Class of 2016 alums, my name is Brendan McCullagh, and I couldn’t be more excited to be taking over as our class correspondent! Thanks so much to Rachel Sholder for the incredible highlights of our class thus far and for passing the torch! I’ll be reaching out every few months to as many of you that I can get ahold of to highlight any major life updates, achievements or any fun happenings in general! During my incredible time at Lehigh, I had the opportunity to be the vice president and recruitment chair of the Interfraternity Council (IFC), a recurring orientation leader, tour guide, ASA leadership member and a men’s club volleyball player, among other things. Since graduation, I’ve worked in both the private and public consulting spaces previously with PwC in forensics, and now as a program operations manager for Leidos. Outside of work, I’m heavily involved in LGBTQIA+ advocacy groups organized through various philanthropic sports leagues in New York City. A fun fact since graduation would be that I won a gold medal at the Gay Games in volleyball playing for a United States team, and I also maintain dual citizenship with Ireland! An important final note—our Class of 2016 10th reunion will occur on campus this coming June 11-14, so please keep an eye out for further communication from our class committee on registration! Please feel free to reach out to me at brendan.p.mccu llagh@gmail.com if you would like to be highlighted in our class column going forward— looking forward to hearing about all the wonderful accomplishments of our 2016 family. Go Hawks!!! ’17 Robert Hillman, robert.j.hillman1@gmail.com Hello, Class of ’17. A very belated congratulations to Amy (Laresch) Marvin and her husband Collin Marvin ’18. They celebrated their wedding at the beautiful Tregaron Conservatory in Washington, D.C., followed by a reception and dancing at Maketto. Amy and Collin met at Lehigh, and they celebrated with many of their lifelong Lehigh friends. They celebrated their one-year anniversary in October 2025. Congratulations to you both! The Lehigh in Boston alumni group hosted a watch party for the LeLaf football game at The Harp, which was well attended by Lehigh alumni from many classes! The event was full of families wearing brown and white, alumni from years after 2017 were participating in a Snapchat story takeover and passed a phone around the crowd, and there were a few babies and children (future Mountain Hawks) learning to cheer for Lehigh. Shout-out to Christina (Lorenz de Lescinskis) Lorenz-Ferris, Tom Ferris, Jonathan Chisholm, Ziv Arzt ’16 M’17 and Jessica Lloyd for representing the Class of ’17. Please get in touch with me about whatever you want to share with our classmates—we would love to hear from you! Email me at robert.j.hillman1@ gmail.com or find me on social media or go to alumni.lehigh. edu to connect with the alumni relations network! ’18 Megan Olivola, meolivola@ gmail.com; Dana Pierce, dpierce1011@gmail. com ’19 Alexis Parsells, lex.parsells@ gmail.com and Claudia Cohen, claudiaco hen10@gmail.com Congratulations to Allie (Cannon) Koller on the arrival of her baby boy, Cooper John Koller! Born on September 24, 2025, eight weeks ahead of schedule and weighing a mighty 3 pounds 2 ounces, Cooper has already proven himself to be a true fighter. Allie and her family are feeling blessed to have a happy, healthy, perfect little boy. Their “Cooper the Trooper” has filled their hearts with more love than they ever imagined. In true Lehigh spirit, Allie even had him dressed in Lehigh gear for LeLaf! Congratulations to the Koller family on this exciting new chapter. Jake Feldman has built an exciting career at the intersection of data, strategy and innovation. He began his professional journey in fintech and e-commerce at Swiftline Corp, where he held roles spanning e-commerce risk analysis, senior underwriting and business intelligence. Jake expanded his technical expertise at Green Thumb Industries as a business intelligence developer before landing at the National Football League. For Jake, a lifelong football fan who also plays on a flag football team, working for the NFL is a dream job. He joined in 2024 as a data analyst and quickly rose to senior data analyst, where he helps drive league-wide insights and strategic decision-making.
