Alumni Bulletin-Spring26

CLASS NOTES | SPRING 2026 | 53 ernment folks in the class? Anyone run for office recently? This is a space where I hope we can learn more about each other and turn what we learn into real-life connections. Please reach out and share what you’ve been up to! ’06 Kevin Frost, Kevin.Frost@ alum.lehigh.edu Hello 2006ers, please keep sending in your updates! It has been fun catching up with so many of you via email over the past few years. Jose Larin recently launched Estate 98, a premium espresso liqueur designed to make crafting coffee cocktails like the ever-popular espresso martini effortless. The brand is now available in over 40 states. Congrats, Jose! The Dravo B2 friends (Danielle (Degele) McManus, Samara Fluster, Jennifer Lewin and Gabriela (Keely) Coleman) traveled to NYC in the fall of 2025 and attended the 100th anniversary of the NYC Rockettes. It was the first time the “Lehigh offspring” met each other, and they got along immediately, holding hands throughout the streets of Manhattan. We are hoping they will become part of the Lehigh Class of 2039! ’07 Brian Roth, Lehighclass of2007 @gmail.com ’08 Olivier Lewis, olivier.lewis@ alum.lehigh.edu This spring, the Class of 2008 has happy news to share. Weddings, reunions and childbirths abound. In March 2025, Sam Kirkpatrick married Nina Spaeth in Puerto Escondido, Mexico. The month prior, they had a legal wedding in Melbourne, Australia. In November 2024, Sam was promoted to Senior Product Manager–AIMS. He is now in charge of all of ANCA’s smart factory product line as well as its ongoing strategy. In September, Denise (Trio) Rasku got married in Jupiter, Fla. Denise has also reconnected with classmate Melissa Montalvo, who moved to South Florida recently. They met at a philanthropic gathering; they had been friends through InterVarsity. In November 2025, Jessica (Rubin) McGinnis married Jeremy in Wake Forest, N.C. They had a table of friends from Lehigh, Lafayette and UNC (MBA ’15), which made for some friendly banter! In May 2025, the daughter of Christina Deaver, Madison Lawless, was born. And in September, Danielle Palencar and Peter Johnson welcomed their first daughter, Penelope Palencar Johnson. Please feel free to share your tidings with me at the email address above. ’09 Bobby Buckheit, lehighclass2009 @gmail.com Just a few updates for the column, and I hope everyone has had a happy start to 2026. Congratulations to Andrew Kent and Laura (Diers) Kent, who welcomed daughter Violet on July 2, 2025. She joins her big brother Owen, who is 3. As reported by Jason Greenstone, “Andrew Scharkss got married over the summer to Raquel. The Malibu wedding was themed Jaws of Love and it was #fin-tastic.” Also, congratulations to Jess and Marty Gennusa, who welcomed their third child, Zachary Martin, in May 2025. That is all that we have this go-round, please feel free to send all updates to Lehigh Class2009@gmail.com. Also, many of the class emails have been reported going to spam, so if you want to keep receiving my kind solicitations for updates, please make sure to allow LehighClass2009@gmail. com and LehighClassof2009@ googlegroups.com. I promise not to spam you too often. If you are not receiving this email, please reach out and we can get you on the list! ’10 Nick Anderson, Nick.Anderson@ alum.lehigh.edu Hello, classmates! I hope those of you in attendance enjoyed our 15-year reunion last June. I was unfortunately unable to join as my wife and I welcomed our son, Luca, that very week! In lieu of catching up in person, it’s been great hearing from everyone via updates. Making some career news, Steve Shuldman recently joined Harvey.ai, a legal AI platform. The end of 2025 was big for new Lehigh babies! Morgan (Molnar) Lehmann and Alex Lehmann welcomed their second child, Jack Miller Lehmann, in early October. Morgan informed me that this coincided with the release of “The Life of a Showgirl,” so he is destined to be a Swiftie! Victoria (Hessler) Downey and husband Ben bought a home in Boonsboro, Md., and welcomed twins Antoinette and Alexander in 2025. Lindsay (Salomon) Pelton and Brett Pelton welcomed their third daughter, Layla Rose Pelton, in September. Stefanie Bojarski and husband Ben had their second child, Adeline Eyer, in June. The pair also started a small winery, Finite Cellars—how cool! Khalil Uqdah and his wife welcomed a son in October. Their development business is going well—160+ units in the pipeline with two-thirds under construction. As always, please keep these updates coming! ’11 Sri Rao, sridevi211@ gmail.com Hello, Class of 2011! I hope this message finds everyone doing well and continuing to thrive.
