CLASS NOTES | SPRING 2024 | 55 ica Bank, focusing on construction estimating and monitoring. Given that there are two LinkedIn profiles for him out there, it also appears that he moved to Townsend, Mont., around 2009 and continues to function as a consultant for construction monitoring projects there. Bob, I hope this reaches you so that you can help us to fill in the blanks. Let me finish this with another plea for those of you who have Facebook accounts to join our private group there. A handful of new members did after my last column, but we are still under 40 participants. You can easily find it if you go to Facebook and search for Lehigh U. Class of 1972. I am specifically searching for reunion photos to post. ’73 Patrick Fekula, 1891 Evans Drive South, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250. (904) 451-4949 (M); Pfekula7@gmail.com It’s hard to believe that it’s been almost a year since our 50th class reunion. Yes, we swept all the reunion awards! We won the Petty Flag for best performance during the parade of classes, along with the other two class awards: most alumni and guests in attendance (126) and highest percentage of returning alumni. In addition, our class swept the top two individual awards presented by the university, when Bernie Suess was presented with the Joseph Persa ’48 Award and Celeste Varricchio received the Eugene Grace 1899 Award. To be completely transparent, another award was presented to one member from each of the 15 classes at the reunion; that was the Alumni Award, and Jim Duane was the well-deserved recipient from our class. So, what about the other 78 alumni from the Class of ’73 who attended, along with the 45 spouses and guests? To recognize those members of our class who were on campus for our reunion last June, I will be utilizing some space in each of our 2024 class columns to say a big THANK YOU! 1.
