James Monek, Director of Technology Infrastructure & Operations, presented "Voice and Unified Communications Architecture and Design Best Practices" at EDUCAUSE 2021 and was a co-presenter at a meeting of the EDUCAUSE Cloud Computing Community Group. Monek also presented the AWS Data Lake project at the Internet2 Cloud Forum 2021 at Cornell. James co-led and moderated a 3hour Cloud Networking Workshop at the Cloud Forum 2021.
